About the Children's Ministry Director

Our Children's Ministry Director, Katie Holloway, was born in Decatur, GA and raised in the small town of Union Point, GA. Katie, her husband, Robert and their children, Chloe and Vinny moved to Dearing in 2012. They joined Fort Creek in 2013.

​

After joining the church Katie began to help in the nursery and in the Children's Ministry. It wasn't long until she knew that God had called her into this ministry. She was a part of the Children's Ministry Team in 2019 and in 2020 she became the director.

​

Katie loves sharing the love of Christ with children, and she creates a fun and loving environment for all. She is also a part of our praise team.

​

Katie was raised in a small church in her hometown and at the age of 13 she gave her heart to Jesus. Her favorite scripture is Romans 8:28. She is so thankful that God has given her this opportunity to teach the gospel to children and to serve in other ministries of this great church.
